Engines with
a story to tell.
Hand-made tinplate locomotives for collectors who care about the detail, the history and the way an engine feels on the track.

The Wynford way
The pleasure is in the making.
We are a family run tinplate ‘0’ gauge train manufacturer. Every Wynford Classic is hand made in the UK from fully soldered tin plate and painted by hand.
Our locomotives are 12 volt DC, 3 rail electrically powered. They run on most types of coarse scale 3 rail track, old and modern, including tin plate and Basset Lowke raised 3rd rail.
The collection
Made for the main line.
Each locomotive comes fully tested and ready to run, with a full money back guarantee for 12 months under normal wear and tear.
